POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The person we are looking for is competitive, gritty, solution-oriented, data-driven, customer obsessed, NPS-driven and is able to work both independently and with teams to get things done. They are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. An Account Support Specialist has the sizable task of providing world-class support to our largest, most strategic business accounts, ensuring seamless execution of each and every delivery. Bungii relies on Account Specialists to solve these business partners’ toughest issues, handle escalations and provide an environment of positive, genuine and friendly interaction with all stakeholders.

An Account Support Specialist will engage in communication across all Bungii markets, through various support platforms, serving our partners. The primary focus of this position is to provide world-class service in every interaction, in addition to identifying gaps in operating procedures and generating creative solutions to better serve our partners. A high level of communication, contagious energy, personability and setting/maintaining a standard of excellence are crucial to this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own outcomes: work with partners, drivers and customers on a national level to execute on highest priority initiatives.

  • Perform at a high level within a time-sensitive and demanding environment to deliver on operational KPIs.

  • Manage multiple channels of online communication including text, phone, email.

  • Monitor and manage completion of assigned account deliveries.

  • Perform regular updates and reporting on assigned accounts.

  • Present strategic plans to optimize partners delivery experience.

  • Be a subject matter expert on Bungii’s processes and policies.

  • Handle the big picture and the tiny details. Be organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed.

  • Identify and solve stakeholder issues in a detailed and timely manner. Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

  • Persevere: be able to think on your feet and hustle through fire drill situations.

  • Embody continuous process improvement to deliver an excellent experience every time, all the time.

  • Be a Bungii evangelist – care about the product and share it with others.
