Bungii is a rapidly growing, app-based company that puts a pickup at your fingertips to help move, haul & deliver large items around town. We’ve been compared to popular ride-sharing apps but instead of moving people, we move people’s stuff. We are experiencing hyper growth as we scaling nationally and need your help to keep up with the demand requirements. Join team Bungii and become a part of our aggressive expansion.
Are you a go-getter? Do you love a challenge? Are you comfortable moving at a fast pace and living on the road? Then we have the perfect role for you. Launchers are Bungii’s pioneers, they’re the first part of Bungii that enters each market. They are tasked with building a fully-functional marketplace from scratch in a matter of months. This is an intense business development role where you can’t just be smart. You have to be self-motivated, highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. You’re not just known for being a hustler, you’re THE hustler: entrepreneurial, adaptable and highly ambitious.
As part of the Launch team, you will enter new markets to recruit drivers, establish retail partnerships, build customer relationships and embed Bungii within the local community. You’ll execute all on-the-ground activities required for Bungii to succeed, while simultaneously learning about and responding to market nuances that are required for quick and efficiently scaling.
This job requires full-time travel. You’ll move to a new city several times a year, launching Bungii from square one in that market. You will be responsible for the entire launch cycle, which includes four phases: market research, market launch, market sustainability, and market hand-off.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the entire sales cycle, which includes the ability to prospect, initiate contact, qualify a lead, present the value proposition, overcome objections, close the sale and generate referrals.
Build and manage a pipeline of retail contacts, moving qualified opportunities through the process quickly in order to meet monthly revenue goals.
Establish, report on and improve KPIs to track a successful launch.
Create a culture of data-based decision making, focusing on KPIs to drive recommendations.
Demonstrate achievement in optimizing the sales cycle, conversion techniques and Bungii’s Launch and Expansion systems.
Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a quick moving work environment while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results.
Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve ROI on strategic initiatives without losing sight of growth opportunities.
Be a creative thinker, developing new ways to overcome obstacles and to drive growth. Be a person with a growth mindset who embraces knowledge of all changing marketplace conditions, consumer trends, sales/business development tech, and growth trends.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A hustler’s mentality. You don’t fold under pressure; in fact you thrive in fast-paced environments.
The ability to learn and adapt fast. You’ll orient Bungii to the needs of each new market, actively learning as you launch.
Excitement to travel full-time, quickly moving to new cities throughout the year.
Outside sales/business development preferred, but relevant experience plus the right attitude is better.
Ability to work autonomously in changing environments, capable of moving fast and eager to take on new responsibilities as needed.
You’re resourceful, analytical, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and ambitious.
Self-motivated and a strong team player.
You’re a relationship builder and expert communicator, known for your ability to influence and motivate people.
You’re known for your problem solving skills, independently translating high-level goals into actionable plans.
High integrity; you’re running the show on a launch and we need trust that you have Bungii’s best interests in mind. You’ll have a lot of responsibility, so you’ve got to be willing to step up to the plate.
You care deeply about culture: you’ve always wanted to become part of a team that values bringing your whole self to work everyday.
