POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building and executing go-to-market campaigns that drive leads, increase upsell opportunities with our clients and partners, and deliver a measurable revenue impact. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on, digital marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution.
This individual will own the day-to-day management of our marketing campaigns while collaborating with sales to execute important revenue-generation programs and activities. From building and accelerating our pipeline to strengthening relationships with our clients and partners, this role is a core component of our growth engine.
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments is preferred; we are an early stage company and things change quickly. The right person will be energetic and adaptable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the demand generation function, with a responsibility to increase lead volume and grow the pipeline
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns and manage them from ideation to completion
- Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, including key integrations and ongoing platform improvements
- Plan and execute lead generation, nurture and upsell campaigns
- Co-manage conferences and events, with a focus on increasing engagement and ROI
- Partner with sales to develop effective account and industry-specific sequences while ensuring the team has the right tools to convert leads into opportunities
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, using Salesforce and HubSpot Marketing to track ROI and key KPIs
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience managing a marketing automation platform
- Hands-on experience developing, implementing, and measuring marketing campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with sales to develop effective campaigns
- Growing knowledge of lead generation best practices
- Understanding of ABM and multi-channel sales engagement strategies
- Data-driven approach with a high technical and analytical aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (certification preferred)
