Bungii is a rapidly growing, tech-enabled mobility company disrupting the transportation industry. We’ve been compared to popular ride-sharing apps but instead of delivering people, we deliver products. Our niche is on-demand, large-item, last-mile delivery. Our tech platform integrates with national retailers and logistics companies to meet delivery and logistics needs across multiple industry verticals.  

As we continue our aggressive growth, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. The position will focus on developing long-term relationships with our existing customers and maximizing the opportunities within those accounts. Through a consultative and creative sales approach, we develop tailored solutions that meet customers’ strategic goals and deliver measurable returns on investment. The person we are looking for is competitive, gritty, solution-oriented, data-driven, customer-obsessed, and can work independently and with teams to accomplish goals. They have proven success in growing business relationships into lucrative revenue generation. They leverage data and analysis to make informed decisions. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Achieve a deep understanding of the last mile, big and bulky delivery industry, and how the Bungii value proposition can drive growth with customers; own the deal process by establishing relationships and building trust with key customers to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Analyze the key metrics of customer’s business models to identify, understand, and unlock the drivers of growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers at varying levels (C-suite) to ensure a clear understanding of customer’s needs, initiatives, and how Bungii can deliver for them.
  • This includes identifying opportunities and leveraging sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and services to enterprise clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records of all sales activities, including maintaining a robust pipeline of potential enterprise client revenue growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed quota, quarterly/annual goals, and OKRs.
  • Steer the development, adoption, and scaling of growth opportunities by developing and/or refining the pitch and positioning additional lines of business or customer segments.
  • Support CRO in creative business growth, new strategic partnership strategies, and team process development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. operations, product, customer success) to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise sales efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working with little direction, a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • 5+ years experience in growth sales, account management, client success, or strategic partnerships in technology or high-growth / early-stage startups.
  • Experience in the technology, supply chain, or logistics space is helpful. 
  • Proven success selling within Fortune 500 accounts.
  • You are naturally optimistic and not afraid to get dirty and roll up your sleeves to achieve results.
  • Confident, poised, and articulate presenter and communicator.
  • Analytical mindset and strong use of data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, as well as industry conferences.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (e.g., Finance, Marketing, etc.) or a quantitative discipline.
